the holiday pushed all the normal monday pressures over to tuesday... it was nice, though, to finally have a rainy day. it was slightly humid, but the rain was nice =) it made for a good run in the afternoon temperature-wise as well.
i ran 3 miles in 31 minutes. i need to keep that pace, or a little better, for the rockwall race on saturday. i need to make a list of all the races i've done this year too. it's at least one per month, but i've lost count.
