Happy Memorial Day!!
I'm behind in editing and posting photos - I'll have some pics from the Memorial Day event held at the Kaufman County Veteran's Memorial later... the Tribune has some great shots of the event posted here.
for now, i'm posting a few pics from the Polka Fest Run held in Ennis on Saturday. I ran the 10k, and finished in 1:11. Jim over at Terrell Daily Photo ran the 5k and finished in 34:30.
I'm going to stick to 5ks for the near future =) 6 miles in the Texas heat even at 7am was too much for me... I have a few more pics posted from the run over on my facebook page here.
