I also think it's rapeseed. I believe it's known as colza in Europe. And it's not a weed! It's used to make cooking oil. Does it have a strong scent?
Mom & dad's front field is full of those lil yellow flowers! Jess said after she got married that she wished she would have gotten a pic in her wedding dress sitting in the field surrounded by em all!
