Just a teaser pic for right now. I ran the 10k this morning in 1:11:33 - one hour, eleven minutes and 33 seconds. I didn't quite make my goal of running the entire distance. I ended up walking for around 5-6 minutes... I'm going to stick to 5ks for the near future, until this summer heat is over with =)
The pic was from the Polka Fest Parade in Ennis this morning.. After I take a nap and recover from my run, I'll edit some photos to post !!
