Another photo from the archives today. We have an historic moment coming up on Tuesday, and from a work perpective (I forecast call volumes for a couple customer service centers) I'm interested in seeing what impact the inauguration will have on calls into our call centers around the US. =) Will everyone stop making calls while they're glued to their TVs watching history being made?
