I guess owner of the property is fed up with foul language, noise, and graffiti in their property. Interesting.

I like this one, we have many skateboarders in central town despite there is many "NO skateboard" signs.
I see it is dangerous sometimes, there were lot's of near miss with pedestrians and also the cars. A situation like this, in the private property, I guess the noise that bordering the owner among others.
