got up early this morning to drive out to McKinney for the Melon Dash 5k. Last year it was called the McKinney Historical run. It's a nice route that starts in downtown and runs through a historical residential area with some really nice homes.
Next weekend is a 10k. in 100* heat.... should be a good sweaty workout! =)

Brian, how'd the race go? I read on Jim's FB that he made it. I was glad to read that he stopped at both water stops--I hope you did, too.
I would have rather rode 3 miles instead of run in the heat.
