well, the speedway run 5k is officially history. it was a lot of fun running around the outside while the cars raced around the track. they were loud. louder than my ipod and headphones =)
i finished with a new 3rd best time, at 31:49. i guess i need to start running some sprints to try and improve my time.
it was a great race, but now i'm tired. nap time!
