warrior dash: update

A comment on my last post indicates the judge hearing the Warrior Dash case has recessed for an extended lunch and will reconvene at 5:30pm this evening.

Also, as reported on the Dallas Observer Blog here, they expect a ruling by late this evening, around 7p.

**Later update: 6:38pm. Rumors now are that the Dallas District Attorney's office may be opposing the Warrior Dash as well. The update was posted to the link I provided earlier (above)...
