baby steps


today i accomplished something i've never done before - i ran non-stop for 9.3 miles! i finished the autumn equinox 15k with a decent 1:42:02 time. pretty proud of myself!

my next 'long' run will be the lost dog 20k on oct 9th... yeah me!
